Prof. Dr. Livia Ludhova
  • Focus of Research: The current research of Livia Ludhova is focused on low-energy neutrino physics based on large-volume liquid-scintillator detectors. She is a member of the Borexino/SOX and JUNO collaborations. Her long-term expertise on solar and geo neutrinos was in recent years broadened to sterile neutrino and to neutrino-mass hierarchy measurement with reactor antineutrinos.

  • Focus of Research: Involved in the Daya Bay PMT gain calibration Rolling Gain calibration method and the after-pluse testing of new concept MCP-PMT R&D, studied positronium state in liquid scintillator. Working on the waveform reconstruction method development in the early stage of JUNO experiment. Now working on the low energy track reconstruction in large liquid scintillator.
