Dear colleague,

According to our internal discussions we decided to submit for the
coming PAC#32 meeting the following Proposals/Beam requests:

- Beam Request (BR) for approved proposal "phi production in medium (#147.2)". 
5 weeks beam-time request in ONE block. Responsibles: M.Hartmann, Yu.Kiselev

- New Proposal/BR for "Measurement of the d(pol)p(pol) Charge-Exchange Reaction
with Polarized Beam and Target" (4 weeks in total, 2 weeks beam-time request). 
Responsibles: A.Kacharava, F.Rathmann, C.Wilkin

- New Proposal/BR connected with spin filtering studies at COSY 
"Do electrons affect the polarization of a stored proton beam ?"
In total 4 weeks, with present request 2 weeks (MD) beam-time together with 
COSY crew. Responsible: D.Oellers/F.Rathmann

- New proposal + Beam Request asking allocation of
1 week beam-time for the II-half of 2007 (cluster target measurement): 
"Sigma(+) Hyperon Production at ANKE". Responsible: Yu. Valdau
