Dear colleagues,


let me inform you on the following:

1. Papers:
 - a paper - 'Observation of inverse diproton photodisintegration at
   intermediate energies ' - has been bublished in PRL 101, 102501 (2008) 

 - a paper - 'Coupled-channel effects in the pp->ppK+K- reaction' - has 
   been published in PLB 668, 315 (2008)

 - a paper -'Interpretation of K^(+)Kbar^(o) pair production in pp
   collisions'- has been published in EPJA 38, 1 (2008)

 - a paper - 'Machine studies for the development of storage cells 
   at the ANKE facility of COSY' - has been resubmitted to NIM and 
   available from our home page. 
   
 - there are several paper DRAFTs in preparation, which will be announced
   soon.

2. PAC:
   for the upcoming PAC (session #36) in December 1/2, we have submitted
   from ANKE collaboration new Proposal/BR on 'Investigation of final state 
   interaction in the pd->He3 K+K- reaction near threshold (Spok. A.Dzyuba).
   Document is available from our home page.

3. DPG meeting:
   the next DPG Spring meeting will be held in Bochum, March 16-20, 2009.
   The deadline for submission of the short abstracts of the talks is 
   December 15. Please, inform us whether you would like to contribute.

4. Annual Report:
   we have started to collect the articles for the highlights of the IKP 
   Annual Report 2009. Please, send your suggestions.

5. Conferences:
   in September/October we have participated in a very successful conferences:
   STORI'08 (Lanzhou, China) and SPIN'08 (Charlottesville, USA).
   The talks of the COSY participants are available via the conferences web page.
   The next 19-th International Spin Physics Symposium will be hosted by
   IKP FZ-Juelich in Autumn 2010.
