Papers: - we finaly have received review reports on our PR ST-AB paper -"High precision beam momentum determination in a synchrotron using a spin resonance method", with a suggestion for a revision. To satisfy the referees suggestions, the modified version has been prepared by COSY crew and Muenster group (together with C. Wilkin). The paper will be resubmitted tomorrow (19/11). Those who are interested in the reports, please contact P. Goslawski. - a draft of the paper prepared by EDITORIAL team (S. Dymov et al.,) for submission to PRC - "Deuteron breakup pd->{pp}n with forward emission of a fast 1S_0 diproton" - is available from our home page. - a draft of the paper prepared by EDITORIAL team (Yu. Valdau et al.,) for submission to PRC - "The energy dependence of the pp->KnSigma(+) reaction close to threshold" - is available from our home page. --> Please have a look at the papers, and give comments and suggestions for possible changes to improve it even further, checking especially the areas of your special expertise. --> Deadline for replies regarding the above papers is 30 of November 2009. --> Please, send your comments etc., to the editorial team. After the deadline, the ETs will take the responsibility to consider all input, prepare the final paper (including the author list) and then give a brief chance for further comments before submission. 2. Beam time ("Double polarized CE"): now we are in the process taking data with polarized deuteron beam and polarized hydrogen target. In view of the complexity of the running experiment an agreement about the prolongation of the current run to achieve the required statistics has been achieved between the ANKE collaboration and the COSY crew: the subsequently scheduled HESR week will be shifted by one week and the following ANKE commissioning beam time (Exp.#201) is reduced accordingly. 3. CANU+FFE workshop (21/22 December) The annual CANU meeting + FFE workshop at Bad Honnef will take place in this year during December 21/22. There is a tentative agenda of this meeting available from the ANKE web link ('Events'). 4. DPG meeting (15/19 March, 2010) The next DPG Spring meeting will be held in Bonn, March 15-19, 2010. (The link is available from our home page - 'Events'). The deadline for submission of the short abstracts of the talks is December 15. Please, inform us whether you would like to contribute. 5. Forward Look: Let me inform you, that the annual meeting "Forward Look" will take place on 16-th of December, at IKP. Best regards, Andro Kacharava
