PAC#39 decision: The outcome of the last PAC meeeting (May 9/10) for ANKE/PAX proposals: Proposal #201.1 (D.Chiladze, K.Grigoryev) - granted 2 weeks from 2; Proposal #211.0 (P.Goslawski et al.) - deferred (with regret); Proposal #199.2 (D.Oellers et al.) - granted 3+4 weeks from 7; Proposal #202.1 (P.Thorngren et al.) - accepted ! The beam time scheduling for the next COSY beam-time period (approx. until summer 2012) will be discussed at COSY coordination meeting as soon as it will be possible and the information will be given later (expected end of May). Next PAC meeting (#40) is scheduled for 14/15 May, 2012. 2. Beam time: we are on the way to finalize in this week the installation of ABS+LSP+openable cell and the optimization procedure for complete set of PIT in order to start next Monday (May 16) with COSY machine development to take data with polarised deuteron beam and polarised hydrogen target during 7 weeks of beam-time for the Exp.#205 (S. Dymov et al.) 3. Papers (plans): There are several preliminary results/analyses from the recent ANKE experiments with polarised beams, which urgently needs to be finalised (hopefully with the help of Colin Wilkin) by middle of July 2011. Those activates are: - "eta-mass" - (P. Goslawski et al.) - "np->{pp}pi-" - (S. Dymov et al.) - "pp->{pp}pi0" - (D. Tsirkov et al.) - "dp->{pp}n/delta_0" - (D.
