As always, the authors list should be checked carefully. In addition I have to inform you on the following good news: 1. The phi production paper, prepared by M. Hartmann and Y. Maeda, was reviewed by PRL referees and we got 2 rather positive replies. The paper has been slightly modified and already has been resubmitted. Now, Yoshi and others have started to prepare the pn -> d\phi paper. 2. Other two papers about "Deuteron polarimetry" (submitted to PR ST-AB) and "Analyzing power measurements" (submitted to PLB) were accepted by these journals and now are in print. 3. We have received the reprints of the PLB pi0 paper: S. Dymov et al., PLB 635, 270-274 (2006). 4. The IKP-programmbeirat meeting reviewed positively the ANKE program and recently achieved results. 5. Before the coming PAC meeting (May 22/23) we would like to hear the presentations for the proposals and beam-requests from ANKE (all documents are available from our web). We hope at that time we will know the comments from the assigned referees. Best regards, Andro Kacharava
