Dear colleague,

first of all, let me introduce three new collaboration members: Dieter
Oellers is now working for his Ph.D. thesis at our institute, Malte
Mielke and Michael Papenbrock will be Diploma students at Muenster
University. Welcome in the ANKE collaboration!

On October 4/5 there will be a meeting of the COSY-FFE recipients at
the IKP. All members of our collaboration who are on such a position
should consider to present their results and current activities during
this workshop. Please send suggestions for your talk to me.

The next meeting of the COSY-PAC will be on October 6/7. The deadline
for submission of proposals and beam requests is August 17. Please
take these dates into consideration and inform me about your plans for
proposals as soon as possible.

Since many of you will be here in Juelich for the above mentioned
meetings, I suggest to have our collaboration meeting in the end of
September/beginning of October (e.g. Sept. 29/30). Please let me know
as soon as possible if these dates are not suitable for you.
