Dear colleagues,

let me inform you on the following:

1. Papers:
 - the Phys. Rev. C paper - "Deuteron breakup pd->{pp}n with forward emission 
   of a fast 1S_0 diproton" (S. Dymov et al.,) -  has been accepted. 
   CONGRATULATIONS ! The accepted version is available via our web.

 - there is a draft in preparation on the energy dependence of the pp->(pp)gamma  
   reaction in the delta isobar range (Dubna group). We intend to inform about
   the first DRAFT of the above mentioned paper by the next ANKE news.
  
2. ANKE target:
   in calendar week#10, there was exchange of the polarised internal target 
   (ABS + LSP) with the cluster target (without cabling). At the same time 
   the FH was taken out for the maintenance purpose in week #15.   

3. PAC#38 (June 28/29)
   we have started internal discussions to prepare the following 3 documents:
 
 - new Proposal/Beam Request on the "Tritium-Eta bound state" measurement 
   via dd->p_sp+H3+eta reaction (around 3 weeks, Resp. Muenster/IKP group).
 
-  new Proposal/Beam Request on the "pd light hyperon-measurement" 
   via pd->p_sp+K(+)+X reaction (around 3 weeks, Resp. Gatchina/IKP group).

-  new Proposal on the spin correlation parameter (Aii)  measurements in the
   dp->p_sp+(pp)pi- reaction at T_n = 353 MeV energy using the polarised
   Hydrogen target (around ??? weeks, Resp. Dubna/IKP group).

   Please, keep in mind that the deadline for submission of the documents 
   is May 17-th, 2010 !

4. Conferences:
   please, consider the upcoming international conferences:
   MENU 2010 (Virginia) 31 May 4 June;
   MESON 2010 (Cracow) 10 - 15 June;
   INPC 2010 (Triumf) 4- 9 July;
   SPIN 2010 (Juelich) 27 Sep. - 2 Oct.

   Suggestions for the contributions (abstracts) are welcome !
