The analysis of the obtained data on the reaction pp-->dpi+ is in progress and results will be included in the status report of the cell test & ABS commissioning, which will be submitted to the spring PAC (22/23 May). The preparation for the ANKE beam-times for coming weeks 12/14-17 (20 of March/April) is on the way. 2) The deadline for the submission of the Proposals & Beam-Requests is April 10. In order to be (as) successful in allocating additional beam-time for 2006 (as in the past), very well prepared proposals have to be submitted. Please, take care about deadline and inform the collaboration about your suggestions as soon as possible, to make a common strategy. 3) All three papers from ANKE which have been submitted to PR ST-AB and PLB were reviewed by referees and we got rather promising evaluations. The resubmission of the pion production paper is already done and work on the others are in progress. 4) There is a "zero" draft paper on the phi production in pp collision, prepared by M. Hartmann and Y. Maeda, for submission to PRL. We will inform separately about this submission soon. 5) We have prepared about 30 individual contributions for the Annual Report of the IKP. Now, most of them are available from the ANKE web, but a fraction is still in the "working stage" and will appear soon ! Before the final submission of these articles to the dedicated e-mail account ikp-ar2005@fz-juelich.de, please, look once more at the contributions, make your comments until March 12 and send me final pdf or ps files, as a copy of mail submission. Submission is in the responsibility of each author. Thanks all of you to be so active at this time ! 6) I would like to remind you that during March 20-24 the DPG Spring meeting will take place in Muenchen, where from ANKE around 10 talks are accepted. Please, take care about the preparation of the oral talks as well as posters in time and in good shape. As usual, there will be the test talks before the meeting. 7) And finally, we would like to congratulate Andreas Mussgiller for the successful defence of his PhD thesis ! Best regards, Andro Kacharava
