Because of the discussions that we have had within the ANKE collaboration recently, we would like to reemphasize the procedure for determining the list of authors: Be reminded that authorship - according to the ANKE agreement (see our 'Publication Rules') - implies: - contribution to the experiment (through for example proposal, measurement, analysis, interpretation or write-up) - basic understanding of the contents - agreement with the major conclusions. --> Please indicate/fill out the following questionnaire and send it to the ANKE-spokesperson: 1) I want to be an author of the paper because of my contributions to the experiment 2) I want to be an author for some other reason (if you like, please specify why) 3) I DON'T want to be an author 4) I suggest the following persons for authorship: 5) I suggest the following people, funding agencies etc. to be mentioned in the acknowledgement: --> Deadline for replies to the above paper is 10-th of August. --> Please, send your comments etc., to Colin Wilkin (cw@hep.ucl.ac.uk). After the deadline, the EDITORIAL BOARD will take the responsibility to consider all input, prepare the final paper and aim to submit it without further iteration (please note that changes are usually still possible after submission - in case of a serious disagreement!). Best regards, Andro Kacharava p.s. Please, note that from July 26 up to August 10, I am in Georgia.
