Dear colleague,

on July 8/9 we had our ANKE workshop on strangeness production at PNPI
Gatchina. The proceedings are now being prepared and a corresponding
CD will be available soon. Thanks once more to the local organizers
and all participants for making this a successful workshop.

During the last month two publications have been prepared and submitted:
1. "Measurement of the analyzing power in p(pol)p -> (pp)n with a fast forward 
    ^1S_0-diproton", S.Yaschenko et al., Submitted to PRL [nucl-ex/0407018]. 

2. "Determination of the K^0(bar)d scattering length from the reaction 
    pp -> dK^+K^0(bar)", A.Sibirtsev et al., Submitted to PLB [nucl-th/0406061].
