Dear colleagues,

let me inform you on the following:

1. Beam time:
   now we are in a preparation for the Exp.#203 (Yu. Valdau et al.,) -
   'Study of the energy dependence of the pn -> K+ Lambda n reaction close to
   threshold ' - with unpolarized beam and cluster target (ANKE includes 2
   STT detectors) in calendar weeks: #11(MD) to #14 (March 14 - April 11).
   The document describing the rough sequence of the steps to be taken for those
   weeks are available from ANKE web (folder 'Beam time').
   The beam-time preparatory meeting will take place in coffee room, 
   on Thursday, 10-th of February, 10 o'clock. 

2. DPG meeting:
   let me remind you that during March 21-25 the annual DPG Spring meeting 
   will take place in Muenster, where from ANKE collaboration 8 talks are accepted 
   (the program is available from DPG web site). 
   Please, take care about the preparation of the talks in time and in a good shape.
   As usual, there will be the test talks in advance.

3. Annual report:
   Please, have a look at the ANKE web for the missing contributions! 
   The deadline for individual one page contributions is end of February.
   
4. PAC#39 (May 9/10):
   Please, keep in mind that the deadline for submission of the documents 
   is March 28-th, 2011 !

5. ANKE/PAX workshop in Gatchina:
   the web site for 3-rd ANKE/PAX Workshop on Spin Physics in Gatchina 
   (September 18-22) is available from ANKE home page ('Events'). 
   Please, start to register.
