Dymov et al.,) has been submitted in PRC (01.12) and now it is in the referee process; - Sigma+ paper (Yu. Valdau et al.,) has been improved further. The most recent version is available from Yuri Valdau, and is subject to additional discussions. 2009 certainly was another successful year for the ANKE collaboration: - We have published and submitted a number of papers, conference proceedings, and additional paper work is in progress ! - A bunch of new results has been just reported on CANU/FFE workshop in Bad-Honnef; - We had progress in different frontiers, especially in conducting recently the first production run for double-polarised measurements of very the complex 'Charge-Exchange' experiment; - Yuri Valdau and Tobias Rausmann successfully have finalized work on their PhD thesis, CONGRATULATIONS ! - Egor Shikov (Gatchina) successfully completed his Diploma thesis, CONGRATULATIONS ! As a brief outlook to 2010, we would like to remind you on our upcoming beam-times in January(PAX)/June(ANKE), and on the date for the next PAC-meeting (28/29 June). As in the past, very well prepared proposals/BR have to be submitted. Let us underline that in next year Juelich will host the 19-th International Spin Physics Symposium, whihch will be held from September 27 to October 2, 2010. This event could be considered as a good opportunity where the ANKE/PAX collaboration can present the new results from the spin physics program. Finally, we would like to thank all of you for your efforts and looking forward to undertaking new challenges together with you in the coming year. We wish you and your loved ones Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ! Andro Kacharava and Hans Stroeher
