IKP-II and thus the ANKE-collaboration have lost important people due to retirement (Borgs, Watzlawik, Stein); others have "moved on" (Kleber, Kulessa, Yaschenko). - We want to take this opportunity to again thank them for their contributions to the success of ANKE! As a brief outlook to 2006, we would like to remind you on our upcoming beamtimes in February and March/April and on the date for the next PAC-meeting (22/23 May). - In order to be (as) successful in allocating additional beamtime for 2006 (as in the past), very well prepared proposals have to be submitted. Also please keep in mind the workshop ("SPIN in Hadron Physics") that we will have in Tbilisi from 4 to 8 September!!! Finally, we would like to thank all of you for your efforts, dedication and hard work on hard-, soft-, and "paper-ware" for ANKE; best wishes to you and your family members for 2006. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ! Andro Kacharava and Hans Stroeher
