Papers: - a draft of the paper prepared by EDITORIAL team (D. Mchedlishvili et al.,) for submission to PLB - "Excitation of the Delta(1232) isobar in deuteron charge exchange on hydrogen at 1,6, 1.8, and 2.3 GeV" - is available from ANKE home page. --> Please have a look at the paper, and give comments and suggestions for possible changes to improve it even further, checking especially the areas of your special expertise. --> Deadline for replies regarding the above paper is 22-th of April 2013. --> Please, send your comments etc., to the editorial team. After the deadline, the ET will take the responsibility to consider all input, prepare the final paper (including the author list) and then give a brief chance for further comments before submission. - a version of the paper "Measurement of spin observables in the quasi-free np->{pp}_s pi- reaction at 353 MeV " (including the author list), prepared by the EDITORIAL team (S. Dymov et al.,) for submission to PRC is now available from our home page. The paper will be submitted this Friday. - the EPJA paper "The neutron-proton charge-exchange amplitudes" has been accepted. CONGRATULATIONS ! - the PRC paper - "The production of K+K- pairs in proton-proton collisions below the phi-meson threshold" - has been reviewed and got positive statements with suggestions for further revision. The modified version has been resubmitted and available from ANKE home page. 2. Outcome of PAC #41 (for ANKE): All ANKE proposals presented at the PAC session have been approved - Congratulations ! Proposal 213.1: 2 weeks "A_xz measurement with Snake" Proposal 218.0: 3 weeks "p(pol)d(pol) elastic and inelastic" Proposal 219.0: 1 week "Cnn measurements for lambda production" The next PAC#42 meeting is scheduled to be around end of February 2014. Best regards, Andro Kacharava
